• This role serves as a key role during the implementation process of Workday for the client.
• This role will require you to develop, test, and deploy integration both in and out of the Workday system.
• This role will require you to collaborate with members of other functional departments as well as heads in order to determine the best business processes for integration and
• You also must be able to mentor and assist the junior developers within the team.
• Create integrations within Workday as well as advanced, customized reports
• Should be master in Studio Integration part
• Strong knowledge of workday module integration and downstream, cross-functional impacts
• Work collaboratively during all phases of the implementation life cycle which includes gathering requirements, designing, testing, transitioning, and overall support
• Work in a timely manner to meet appropriate delivery times/dates
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency
• Perform testing of integrations when updates to Workday will affect the status of the project
• Manage any necessary documentation for change management
• Manage and mentor the junior developers
• Aid in the best practices of the Workday system
