3. No misdemeanors or felonies

4. Willing to work full time Monday to friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 7pm

5. Have TDLR-incident management (this is NOT your driver's license, this is the state towing license) you can apply by yourself on tdlr.gov
