AML Department Systems Manager to join our Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Management team. This position will be full time

work from home in the Zions Bancorporation footprint, including Utah, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, California, Washington, and Oregon.
  • Working knowledge of AML transaction monitoring software applications including implementation and delivery of upgrades and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of NetReveal, Actimize, SAS, etc.
  • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements for transaction monitoring including OFAC/SDN monitoring.
  • Responsible for coordinating, guiding, managing, and directing the activities of a technology team supporting the functions and systems of the area
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Interacts with all levels of management including Enterprise Technology
  • Problem identification and resolution
  • Analyzes and organizes area operations and procedures.
  • Monitors and evaluates area service and production.
  • Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
  • Establishes uniform guidelines, procedures and practices.
  • Manages vendor relations and enhancements of products and applications.
  • Participates in IT and computer initiative groups representing these applications.
  • Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
  • Initiates cost reduction programs.
  • Prepares employee performance evaluations.
  • May prepare area budget and monthly financial reports.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a bachelor s degree and 6+ years of directly related experience. Requires advanced knowledge of a professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts.
  • Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role.

Salary Range: This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of
  • AML Department Systems Manager I: $75,000 - $110,000
  • AML Department Systems Manager II: $90,000 - $132,000
  • AML Department Systems Manager III: $110,000 - $155,000
annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
