Title : Contact center agent Responsibilities:
· Responds to telephone inquiries and reservation requests using standard scripts and procedures.· Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries.· Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.· Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.· Escalates inquiries to appropriate staff as required.· Responds to voice mails left after hours.· Escalates calls with issues requiring more in-depth research to the Subject Matter Experts.· Respond to IM and email based communicationExperience Preferred:· Strong Customer Service Background and skills· Minimum six months experience in customer service/call center environment· Strong telephone skills including inbound and outbound calls· Articulate, customer focused and possess proper telephone etiquette· Demonstrated computer proficiency and the ability to maneuver and navigate between computer screens and programs· Bilingual - Spanish· Ability to type 40 wpmEducation Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalentSchedule Requirements:· Center is open 9AM-7PM Sun-Sat· Working either a Saturday or Sunday shift is required.Bilingual - Spanish,40 wpm,telephone skills ,communication skills
