Job Description: Banking Operation Associates

Apex Systems is looking for a Banking Operation Associate to join one of our largest Financial clients. We have positions working with the Transactions Department (accounting / reporting), Service Operations (Data Entry, Statement & Tax re-prints) and Card Operations (various Card related request & reports)

Soft Skills:
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel -
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple teams
Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1+ year of retail banking / teller experience
  • 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8-5pm.
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
