Job Description
Customer Retention is a growing department part of EdgePest Control in the Orem, Utah area. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves retaining customers who want to cancel their services with Edge Pest Control. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and atmosphere.
Customer Service Retention Responsibilities- Receive inbound calls from other departments to speak with customers who desire to cancel their service
- Make outgoing calls to customers who desire to cancel their service and customers who have already cancelled
- In all situations, utilize principles of ownership to retain our customers or reactivate their service
- Provide a world-class level of customer service to all customers
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 2 years of contact center or equivalent experience
- Proficient computer/typing skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Effective team player
