60 Months The Medicaid Managed Care System (MMCS) is a highly complex system comprised of several smaller subsystems, each in turn managing specific business rules, and claims processing logic. The Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and MMCS share integrated data feeds and interchange result sets based on the specific claims processing being performed. The integration between the two systems and outside data feeds provided by the Department of Workforce Services (DWS), Health Care Providers, and 3rd party service organizations are intricate and requires dedicated personnel to support, as well as internal systems such as the data warehouse and web applications

Requirements: Knowledge of most/all the above MMCS functionsExpert knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL requiredCOBOL, JAVA, or Rust programming knowledge a plusUnderstanding of HIPAA compliance and securing PHIMinimum 5 years working with a Medicaid Managed Care system
