Opportunity: Join a team of windows administrators who provide world class quality of service to end users for cutting-edge systems and processes that form the core of the key businesses and enable a high number of large transactions to move in milliseconds. This person will be joining a team of 12 members that sit in both Bangalore and Salt Lake City.

Role:
  • Perform Windows Administration activities including a Microsoft 365 migration and continual post migration support.
  • Working at level 2 on day-to-day operational issues, requests and project tasks involving various technologies e.g. Windows, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VB Scripting, Powershell, Exchange
  • Troubleshooting of OST, PST related issues, creating global address lists, handling quota limits, online archiving, etc.

Duties: Perform windows administration activities as part of the firm’s technical Infrastructure TeamLevel 2 support for operational Issues, requests and ticket tasks

Basic qualifications
  • Hands-on development of powershell scripts to automate various tasks of OS and applications running o Extensive experience supporting and doing customizations to Office 365 products
  • Experience with VB Scripting: troubleshooting Macro related issues with Excel
  • Experience with Powershell; writing codes and commands
  • Experience with Exchange Support; troubleshooting OST, PST related issues, creating global address lists, handling quota limits, online archiving, etc.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 related issues post migration
  • SharePoint Management experience; ability to create custom workflows, create list views, create automated workflows
  • Strong communication and ability to handle white glove support
  • Microsoft O365 or Exchange Server certification a strong plus
  • Investment Banking experience a plus
