Beacon Hill's client, a well-known accounting firm is searching for a temporary Contracts Administrator with Federal Contracts experience specifically in FARS/DFARS contracts.Start date: ASAPDuration: Approximately 5 monthsLocation: Remote, but candidates must be open to working EST or CT hoursHours: 40 per week Job Description: Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreementsExperience with government contracts specifically in FARS/DFARS contractsEnsure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and guidelinesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal counsel, sales, and procurement teams, to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms meet business objectivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentationMonitor contract performance and compliance, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligationsIdentify and address any contract-related issues or discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist in resolving contract disputes or conflicts, if they ariseCoordinate with external parties, such as vendors or clients, to obtain necessary approvals and signaturesStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to contract managementAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Must have experience and be familiar with government contracts.
