Health Consultant w/ exp in Marketing, AI Apps & IT

Retired, 80 yr old, SLC born entrepreneur needs some younger blood. I was a health and business writer, and a very early developer (in 1960s!) of a personalized, AI program. Just finished visiting cousins in SLC. Our family has long history with Utah sports and health care. My home now is in Phoenix, AZ.

Looking for right qualified partner-investor with strong backgrond in health care, marketing, or technology. This individual will most likely be semi-retired and highly qualified in healthcare, insurance, hospitals, research, or "AI" areas.

Maybe we can help one another as well as doing some good for healthcare. I was a commercial realty business consultant for many years. I realized that the most satisfying commissions came from putting the right people together

I have two patents to file on two much needed applications:

1) Provide a very low-cost option for non-traumatic "ER" admissions, and

2) Provide a much needed, ultra-low cost 24/7 at-home application. This proprietary program will help clients and patients learn their unique health and goal profiles, sensitivities, and correlations.

For health reasons, and a very fast moving market, I need a "go-getter" qualified partner to manage and to provide $70K in their own additional "seed capital." This investment includes a 8% commission for you plus other options in company, with a 2% commission in next $750K "beta" round.

I have one complete patent and another nearly finished patent plus promotional materials. After above commission and $5K committed, 100% of remaining balance will under control of new partner's management and will be spent on patents, marketing, and programing assistance.

Our first formal round will be within three months for $750K. This will fully establish a "for profit" beta facility and includes all setup and amortization subsidies to profitability.

Assuming correctness of estimates (and the right, major development partner who likely will become the major owner), the need for similar facilities could reach 2000 or more within four years.

These two applications now have completely open sectors. Their combined savings could be exceptionally large for clients, insurance companies, hospitals, and the government.
