  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
  • At least 11 years of working experience as a Program/Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure Services Delivery
  • Involved in service operations, improvements, advisory, and contribute to the solution development
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverable, contribute to proposal development, client training, internal capability-building, and help detail the project and service operations scope
  • Improve shape value-adding consulting solution on their strategy that enable our client to meet the changing needs of their global business landscape and future proof their landscape
  • Manage the Infrastructure support team that provides End to End IT Infrastructure services
  • Responsible for Contractual Commitments, SLAs, and deliverables of the program
  • Create/track/adjust the program schedule
  • Assess risks and identify issues and solutions to efficiently achieve program objectives, while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor progress against schedule and determine and take remedial action as appropriate
  • Conduct Implementation of new capabilities/processes and continuous improvement to existing capabilities/processes
  • Plan for Technology life cycle management across technology stacks like Database track, Wintel track, Service desk, and Network/Telecom
  • Setup SOP, processes for service catalogues items and ensure periodic review
  • Taking ownership of high priority incidents, drive its resolution and to ensure RCAs, are done and problems are fixed for future
  • Mentor and develop team’s capabilities and constantly look for ways to improve productivity
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and provide required reports at the agreed frequency

  • Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
  • Client relationship and escalation management
  • Understand the business processes and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and apply knowledge to understand criticality of issues and implement the monitoring/preventive measures for incident prevention on critical infrastructure as well as technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applying the knowledge to estimate and implement the new projects.

  • Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
