Landscape Maintenance (Labor / Drivers)

We are seeking several Lawn Care Specialists to join our team!

As a Lawn Care Specialist, your main tasks will involve completing a weekly mowing route and assisting with general landscape maintenance as needed.

You will use landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers on a daily basis.

A US Driver's license in good standing and/or previous professional landscape experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with 2-3 team members to complete daily route according to company quality guidelines.

Log work and job notes using company-provided tablet (English or Spanish).

Use landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pruners to complete jobs to quality standards.

Drive company truck and trailer to job sites as needed.

Requirements:

Effective communication with team and management.

Works well in a team environment.

Reliable and responsible.

Ability to lift heavy equipment or objects (50lbs).

Ability to work in all varieties of weather conditions.

Previous experience in the landscape industry and driving trucks/trailers highly valued.

Starting pay rate is determined by prior professional experience and/or possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License in good standing (subject to approval by our commercial auto insurance). Let us know about any relevant experience you have!

Work Schedule:

Workday starts at 8 AM.

Regular workweek runs Monday through Friday.

Non-mandatory overtime offerings on a regular basis.

Our regular landscape season starts in March and runs through early December as weather allows.
