Description: TITLE: Lead, Program SchedulerLocation: Salt Lake City, UTThis position requires an onsite and in plant schedule. Relocation to Salt Lake City, UT will be considered on a case by case basis. Our Program Schedulers facilitate the development of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that will guide program execution and serve as the basis for Earned Value performance. Our Program Schedulers also ensure that all schedules are fully compliant with industry policies (L3Harris or similar internal system description), the DoD customer, industry requirements (DID 81861 IPMR), the National Defense Industrial Association’s Planning & Schedule Excellence Guide (PASEG), DCMA 14 point assessment To be successful in this role you need to have the following: Substantial experience developing large scale (> 600M) networks with multiple subcontractors. Very strong background developing large logic tied networks with greater than 5000+ lines.

Power user of Microsoft Project 2013 “Server”, Power user of Microsoft Office 2016 (Excel, Word, Power Point), Milestones Professional, Deltek Cobra, Acumen, Risk, Fuse, Deltek 360 experience.

Possess a thorough understanding of US DoD schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements.

Significant background resource loading budgets into schedules to support EVMS measurement and reporting.

Expected to assess schedule health and analyze plan’s risk and resource using (SRA) risk assessment tool

Identify trends using common schedule Metrics (DCMA 14pt, BEI, EVAS data driven metrics, etc.), suggests corrective actions in a timely manner and supports implementation.

Perform Schedule Assessments and Analyses on the baseline IMS to identify schedule risks and opportunities.

Review, recommend and implement, as appropriate, schedule work-around or recovery plans in a proactive manner.

Routinely assist program management by monitoring SPI/CPI and BEI performance and preparing schedule status reports for customer and/or business management reviews

Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse teams and stakeholders

Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment and analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and on schedule

Lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders which requires the ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area.

Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.

Participates in sector and company functional activities including training, surveillance, tool evaluation, policy reviews, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong background in Program Life Cycle management

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security Clearance

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree AND 4+ years of similar relevant experience

Must have 4 years using MS Project

Must have 4 years using EVMS

Additional and Preferred Qualifications:

DOD, Aerospace background

PMP or PMI SP Certification a plus.

Active and current Secret or higher, US Security clearance. TSSCI ideal.
