Lead Software QA Engineer

Cricut is seeking an experienced and versatile Software QA Engineer to support quality across Web, Mobile, Native, and API-based applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to validate new features and ensure a high-quality end-user experience.The ideal candidate can confidently represent QA perspectives in team discussions, communicate risks clearly, and provide actionable feedback that helps improve customer-facing experiences.This position requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, hands-on experience with a variety of testing techniques, familiarity with executing and maintaining automation test suites, and excellent written communication and organizational skills.
