Responsibilities:- Source and screen top talent while leading a great team of recruiters.
- Continue to adapt to recruiting for new roles with minimal guidance.
- Mentor and coach recruiters to improve their skills.
- Develop an ownership-level of understanding for the recruiting team and the company’s overall goals.
- Document best practices and delegate execution like second nature.
- Lead recruitment staff, which can include interviewing potential candidates, training recruiters, and meeting weekly to evaluate performance.
- Be professional and comfortable with people.
- Experience in technical recruiting and leading others
