Maintenance Mechanic

FULL-TIME

$27.74/hr

Primary duties include providing safe and timely mechanical and electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment.

Duties include:

- Providing maintenance information by using CMMS.

- An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.

- Using strong PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.

- Reading and interpreting both electrical and mechanical drawings.

- Maintaining production equipment to a reliable level of production through preventative maintenance

- Troubleshooting and repair equipment as needed

Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:00PM Shift length: 12 hours Dupont Schedule: 12 hour rotating shift pattern, on average you work 14-16 days in a month and every 3-4 weeks you get 7 days off in a row

At least 2 years of experience and/or equivalent degree in industrial machine repair.

Familiarity of fluid power systems, pumps, plumbing, and rigging.

Ability to use all shop tools properly.

Ability to read machine drawings and electrical schematics.
