Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Inside Sales to lead our team of Inside Named Account Managers. This inside leader will lead a team of highly successfulnamed account representatives in the following:
- Motivate team to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
- Develop best practice strategies for the INAMteam.
- Align and administer the INAM sales incentive plan.
- Help to Hire, Train, mentor, coach, and supervise INAM staff.
- Work with the field sales organization and leadership to ensure that representatives are provided adequate support in the field.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FireEye’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Meet or exceed assigned team goals
- Report to leadership (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activities and sales results
Qualifications
Requirements:- Must have 1+years of experience leading and developing a team of inside sales professionals in the sale of enterprise software.
- Inside Sales experience
- Experience with calling on C-level executives
- Experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other ADR productivity tools
- Must be organized, detail and process oriented
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate FireEye’s value over the phone, and through written means
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing environments and maintain a team environment that is energetic, fun, collaborative and highly accountable
