Medical Receptionist/Scheduler

Duties:             Ability to communicate with patients and understand their concerns             Understanding of skin care products             Ability to handle multiple patients             Take patient payments and answer basic billing questions             Type at least 40 wpm             Answer basic patient questions regarding medical procedures             Understanding of computers and medical record softwareQualifications:             Professional dress and appearance are absolutely required             Strick attention to detail and the ability to finish tasks             No piercings other than ears, no visible tattoos             Polite demeanor and customer service attitude             Ability to provide an exceptional experience for our patients/clientsJob Type:             Full-Time Mon - FriExperience:             Prior customer service/medical scheduling experience is required             Bilingual Spanish speaker preferredEducation:             High School Diploma or equivalent
