Job Description
Edge is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant who will work closely with our COO, Director, Market Managers, and other Edge leaders. As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Operations leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide reminders on culture and events to leadership
- Handle all Employee of the Month nominations
- Assist with department events
- Support Operation leadership in projects
- Draft and send emails on leaderships behalf
- Schedule meetings with leadership
- Working closely with other departments
- Handle any other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration support
- Provide reminders on culture and events to leadership
- Handle all Employee of the Month nominations
- Assist with department events
- Support Operation leadership in projects
- Draft and send emails on leaderships behalf
- Schedule meetings
- Working closely with other departments
- Handle any other duties assigned
