A busy downtown law firm is seeking a full-time, onsite Trust and Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in this specialized field, with preference given to those with three or more years. This role involves substantial client interaction, making strong communication skills—both written and verbal—a must, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications:

Seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal with 3-5 years of expertise in handling all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of estate planning strategies, trust structures, probate processes, and the preparation of related legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Familiarity with estate tax laws and the ability to navigate complex trust distributions are also key.

We’re looking for a team player with a positive attitude who can maintain a consistently high standard of service and leadership. A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and takes a proactive approach to teamwork is essential. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are critical.

Proficiency in Windows-based word processing software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
