Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Principal Software Development Analyst with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and administration experience at its Roy, Utah location. Opportunities also available in Huntsville, Alabama and Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position does not allow for virtual work.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Administration of PLM and CAD Model Management Systems.
  • End-user technical support of PLM software in development and production environments.
  • Performing root cause analysis and debugging problems within the PLM environment, and working with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitoring, addressing, and resolving production PLM environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages, etc., collaboratively with other support teams.
  • Documenting all aspects of system support so that knowledge is readily shared among all those tasked with supporting PLM instances.
  • Supporting SIT and UAT with business users as necessary.
  • Supporting business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live and in production.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
  • 2-4 years PLM support experience with Teamcenter or applications with similar functions and capabilities.
  • Proven track record supporting major PLM software in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with PLM support and incident resolution.
  • Current DoD Secret security clearance, maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment.
  • Current Comptia Security+, maintaining a current Security+CE certification will be a condition of continued employment.
  • US Citizenship is required for this position as well as the ability to obtain DoD Secret level clearance following hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the functions, processes, and capabilities in native PLM applications and CAD Data Management.
  • Experience supporting PLM in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Fluency in at least one computer programming language.
  • Ability to apply engineering techniques and analytical methods to make recommendations for improvements and provide information and assistance to end-users.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud

Salary Range: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
