- Support Client Quote Manager (Cost and NRE Input for all Tooling Related Quotes).
- Support Client Finance (Tracking of POs & Invoicing as Soon as Possible).
- Tooling (Mold) Design Approval (NPI & Production).
- Tooling Vendor Management / Support.
- Mold Equipment Vendor Management / Support.
- Support and oversee Molding Process Development, Validation and Optimization.
- Support Molding Related Cost Improvements Projects (CIP).
- Resource for Molding Process Transfers to other facilities.

- Four-year degree in a technical field (or equivalent) preferred.
- Ten years of molding experience in the Medical Device Industry preferred.
- Master Molder 1 Certification.
- Excellent written communication and computer skills.
- Sound understating of molding process validation and associated theory / tools.
- Sound understanding mold tooling Design for Manufacture (DFM).
- Project Management (PM) experience.
