Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track procurement activities.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and track realized savings.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure savings initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and conduct research to develop effective raw material procurement strategies. Including risk mitigation / hedging strategies
Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for raw material purchases.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials
Develop and maintain should cost models to estimate the cost of goods and services.
Use should cost models to evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing.
Continuously improve cost models based on market intelligence and supplier feedback.
