Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Use strong communication skills to coordinate vendor allocation planning and ensure effective collaboration across departments.Maintain and update databases related to vendor capacities, vendor quotes, and classification documents to ensure accurate and accessible information for strategic planning and regulatory compliance.Conduct HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) and tariff research, as well as geo-political analysis, to inform sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.Translate complex vendor allocation, performance, and costing analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed responses to challenges.Provide timely and relevant information to vendors and internal teams to support strategic sourcing, anticipate market trends, and inform cost management strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring transparency and facilitating constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
