Product Manager I

As a product manager with the Contractor Solutions team, the individual will be an advocate for the customer. The product manager helps define what will bring value to the customer and meet corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties:Effectively and professionally interact with customers, clients, and other employees of Xactware.Deliver on the product strategy by researching and developing product feature requirements.Assists in managing day-to-day progress of product.Provides product expertise and training to other departments in support of product delivery.Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, support, marketing, documentation, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs.Assists in developing and maintaining a prioritized list of customer requirements for product features.Specifies and tracks product usage metrics to derive and test hypotheses.Provides financial and technical justification for product feature selection and definition.Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company's industry.Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.#LI-SM1
