We’re seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator who specializes in sourcing and scheduling.In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and coordinate with top candidates. You’ll be a key player in driving our recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring interviews run smoothly.PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:While we are currently not sure exactly what this role will finally entail (everything at Cricut evolves at a fast pace), there are some things we can be sure of. As a fellow recruiter writing to you, please read and understand the following before applying:This is not a remote position, and there is no relocation.This is not a recruiting role. You may occasionally take on some recruiting tasks (screenings etc), but do not expect it.You will not "own" roles and work directly with hiring managers, though you may support recruiters in that work, they are the lead on the roles and you would be working in support of the recruiter who owns the business-partner relationship. There is strictly a temp assignment. There is no opportunity for this to become a permanent-long-term position. Key Responsibilities:Act as Recruiter Support:In this role, you will act as primary recruiter support providing assistance and operational continuity to the frontline recruiters (business partners) as they deal with the complex and changing needs of the business.The recruiters will work with you to determine the highest priority needs for your work. These things may change on a daily basis. Excellence in your ability to check in, follow up, and complete tasks while maintaining constant communication with the recruiting team will be crucial Scheduling Interviews:Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience. Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams, including logistics, expectations, and follow-ups.Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently to minimize delays in the hiring process.Excellence with scheduling using Microsoft Office 365 is required.Excellence with flawlessly managing multiple zoom meetings occuring simultaneously is required.If they arise, occasional late-night or early-morning emergency scheduling issues may need to be resolved, depending on the time-zone(s) of the participants.Sourcing Talent:Manage inbound candidate flow into the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) to ensure we catch and reach out to strong candidates in a timely manner.Use various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.Where possible, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for first and second-priority roles.Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates to gauge interest and fit for roles.Candidate Experience:Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive overall experience.Provide candidates with necessary resources and information to prepare for interviews.Collaboration & Communication:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.Regularly update stakeholders on the status of sourcing and scheduling efforts.Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and scheduling workflows.Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance recruitment strategies.Work Location: South Jordan, Utah

Work Style: HybridThis is an hourly Fixed-Term (Temporary) Employment position anticipated for a period of 4-6 months.

The position will be hired as a W-2 (not 1099) and, while employed, this person will have access to Cricut benefits. No agency or C2C candidates will be considered.
