You will manage a team of 11 field-based representatives in our largest region (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM) and report to the Zone Manager.As a Regional Business Manager, you create chemistry by
Developing an annual strategic business plan and business strategy for the assigned region that delivers profitable growth.
Managing the financial budget which includes overseeing areas such as sales, credits, travel and expense, as well as customer financing.
Providing coaching to your team, enabling their professional development, encouraging talent management, and engaging in career discussions to instill a sense of accountability within your team.
Identifying and capitalizing on new distribution opportunities as well as process improvements, and system developments.
Meeting with strategic distribution partners and collision centers within the local markets to drive growth in your assigned region.
Managing the CRM system to drive accountability and quality of information.
If you
Hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of proven leadership of a large territory and team.
Have experience in managing financials including P&L statements, expense control, forecasting, and sales budgeting.
Have experience managing remote sales teams.
Possess the ability to think outside the box, strong business acumen, and customer focus.
Have strong computer skills such as MS Office, CRM, web browsers, etc.
