The position will act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for this company. The ideal candidate has experience working either with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, as well as Salesforce Experience Cloud. Job Requirements: - 5+ years' experience in an Administrator position for CRM systems and applications.
- 3+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Exposure to Sales tools like Salesforce CPQ or Quote-to-Cash.
- Understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud functionality as well as Field Service Lightning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Basic Qualifications: - Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
