A Sales Development Representative is responsible for initiating new sales opportunities, focused on making first contact, generating interest and qualifying leads by inspiring their ability to use aerial imaging to make their work processes more efficient and effective.Key Responsibilities:Identify and Qualify LeadsProficient in identifying key decision makers in prospect organizations to find additional sales opportunities.Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all deals.High volume prospecting of new business opportunities utilizing cold calling, digital and online prospecting techniques, including Account Based Marketing tactics.Demonstrate results in solutions-based selling process and handling common objections with easeDrive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales managementSet appointments for qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for closingMetrics of success: schedule at least 20 quality meetings for the sales team per month and generate $25,000 in additional ACV (Annual Contract Value) per quarter.Manage Database:Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.Ensure critical data points are enriched for analysis of mid-market and strategic account management performance (annual revenue, total employees, SIC code and description).Efficiently process all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.Compliance with Nearmap Values, Policies and Standards:Adheres to company guidelines and the corporate Code of Conduct.Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
