About the RoleVIS is building its Sales Enablement team and is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist who will work to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our North American sales team. Key responsibilities include the coordination of sales training and supporting programs and projects that will significantly drive customer acquisition, customer expansion, and increased market share. This position will work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing and Product to analyze materials and processes, and to deliver learning programs that maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the RoleCreates and customizes materials for sales including, but not limited to:PowerpointsOne-PagersPricing SheetsProposalsPreziCoordinates the delivery of sales training curriculum, programs, and procedures.Coordinates sales onboarding for various sales roles with the objective of reducing ramp time and increasing productivity.May occasionally deliver sales presentations and training to sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate.Implements strategies and programs to improve the quality and quantity of sales activities during each stage of the sales process.Responsible for lead distribution - lead qualification#LI-AO1
