You'll help implement and customize the CHG Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation with business logic automation and proper data design. As a Salesforce Administrator you'll drive everything from development and testing, to assisting with architecture and design of the Salesforce application. In your role as a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities
  • Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, using workflow, flow and process builder to design and implement business process logic and automation
  • Partner with security and Engineers to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage data loads and data governance within the platform
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset
  • Help define and evolve processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist the CHG Delivery team and CHG Training team in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (Admin I required, and Admin II preferred) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Limits and capabilities

Preferred
  • MuleSoft Experience managing and extending bi-directional synchronizations between organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward
  • A solution oriented positive attitude and approach to the work
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision making.
  • Strong ability to mentor other Administrators and Engineers in platform capabilities and limits
  • Understanding of basic GIT commands and use of GIT based version control (GitHub)
