The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Talent Management’s purpose and experience with programs such as: building talent pipelines, succession planning, talent pools, and performance management. This role will partner collaboratively with multiple areas of the business to create customized approaches that build pipelines of high-performing, diverse talent.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Talent Management team and other stakeholders to design and execute talent solutions aligned to a function or the enterprise. Examples include:

Annual goal setting

Succession planning

Talent pools and pipelines

Performance assessment and management

Career development

Career framework development

Competency development

Career Staging

Design strategic, data-driven approaches based on an identified need

Create content for resources such as job aids, guides, and videos to support user adoption and change management of new processes and programs

Develop presentations and other communications to keep stakeholders informed and introduce programs

Facilitate live trainings and skill building sessions for employees

Build project plans and ensure that key deliverables are completed on time with excellence

Liaise with data specialists to procure data and insights that support program development, measure progress, and ultimately ROI

Leverage HR technology to administer programs as needed

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with talent programs such as succession planning, talent pools, performance management, career framework, talent development, or similar

Strong project management and organizational skills

Strong writing skills and proficient in developing effective PowerPoint presentations

Exposure to using talent data and metrics to make data-driven decisions

Additional experience in HR software such as Workday is a plus

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841.70 - $100,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Job Benefits
