Description
Oversees and manages overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
Performs risk management to minimize project risks and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Prepares and provides project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Sets, tracks and maintains project timelines, milestones and provides time estimations for project stages
Supervises a team of Project Managers and other technical staff by providing guidance, instruction, and feedback
Fosters smooth communication channel between team members, stakeholders, and executive management
Drives problem resolution, ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed upon time, scope, and budget constraints
Tracks performance and reports metrics
Continually improves and streamlines project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Proven 10+ years of project management experience in the IT sector, including development and implementation of software solutions
Proficient in handling complexity of technical projects and breaking it into manageable tasks
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills including a high proficiency in English
Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
Outstanding leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with software development and web technologies
Proficient in risk management and project reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Project Management Profession (PMP) certification is highly desirable
