Micro Focus is looking for an experienced NetSuite Analyst/Administrator with strong issue resolution and problem-solving skills. The candidate would be working with end users to identify and understand application issues with an eye toward overall problem resolution and not just simple fixes. Understanding of the NetSuite application, data flows, business processes, security and compliance processes, and overall configuration is required. Experience with ITSM tools and incident and problem management is a must. We require excellent communication abilities and great customer service practices.

Micro Focus is an international company with offices and employees in many locations around the world. As such, there is a significant amount of work across time zones and differing cultures. The ability to work on distributed teams with customers from all regions of the world is essential.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite application administration
  • Experienced with leading teams across different time zones
  • Good understanding of finance business processes and terminology
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team NetSuite and Open Air administrators to work on daily business operations requests.
  • Administer and manage NetSuite implementation across various process areas - Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Procurement, Bank and Treasury.
  • Manage the support processes with the various stakeholders for NetSuite related tasks and issues.
  • Manage support and maintenance of various modules, apps or third party apps, such as Concur, Blackline, GTreasury, Open Air
  • Collaborate with our internal integrated platforms including Salesforce, Dell Boomi and Open Air
  • Manage vendor relationship with localization vendors Igate, Inspira, etc to ensure updates and patches are applied with minimal impact to the end users
  • Analyse and identify recurring problems, and perform root cause analysis for optimization of the application or processes in order to stabilize the system
  • Monitoring data quality and integrity through saved searches and dashboards
  • Assist the development team to implement a new changes in NetSuite platform by testing different areas and modules.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on Release of the changes and defects and communicate to the team.
  • Work with Finance, the Chief Data Office, and Cyber Security to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Implement and follow policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements including but not limited to IFRS, SOX, and GDPR
