Software Engineer II (C#)

You’ll join Xplor Personal Services and our Global Technology team — the team that provides the support and expertise to specialty care businesses like dry-cleaners and laundry services. We build the platforms they need to support their customers and keep life moving.You’ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

    Design, develop, and test software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL

    Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with the company's coding standards and best practices

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications

    Optimize and improve existing software systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

    Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools

    Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it
