Software Engineer, SeniorThe Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to build a powerho us e system to help modernize and secure the ICBM mission area for the Air Force? As a sof tware engineer, you'll solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We're looking for someone like you with the skills and experience to analyze and evaluate systems design and verify design traceability from vision to production-ready system.

As a sof tware engineer on our team, you'll work directly with your c us tomer to overcome their most difficult challenges us ing the latest architectural approaches like Model-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE ) . You'll us e your passion to learn new tools and te chn iques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates, while working within a team as well as individually. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're evaluating considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with software engineering

-Experience with the Agile sof tware development process and tools

-Knowledge of computer architecture and software architecture

-Ability to work with interfacing sof tware databases, including Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or non-SQL databases, including MongoDB-Secret clearance

-Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience with programming languages, including Java, C, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Perl, and standard libraries in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Automata Theory

-Ability to work independently and in a team

-Ability to analyze and solve problems

-TS/SCI clearance

-Master's degree

-CompTIA Security CE+ Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
