Dental Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Part-Time

Our office is relationship-driven — we see one patient at a time, allowing us to deliver the highest level of attention and care.

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant who is professional, compassionate, and eager to grow in a wellness-oriented environment.

Position Overview:

This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients and values a mindful approach to dentistry. You’ll assist the doctor during procedures, maintain a clean and organized operatory, and help ensure every patient feels comfortable and informed — in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during all clinical procedures

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in English and Spanish

Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms

Take and process digital x-rays and 3D CBCT scans

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Manage inventory and help with ordering supplies

Support front office tasks as needed (scheduling, patient check-in/out)

Uphold a calm, welcoming environment consistent with holistic dental care principles

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant Certification (preferred, but experience will be considered)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Current CPR certification (we can certify you)

Radiology certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and dependable

A positive attitude and willingness to learn holistic approaches to dental care
