Organization:S3-Sutter Shared Services-UtahPosition Overview:Provides supervisory leadership and direction to the assigned CBO (Central Business Office) Team. Manages team workload, resources and compliance with Service Level Agreements to ensure CBO activities are executed accurately and efficiently. Ensures adherence to established Sutter policies, government regulations and payer requirements. Assists in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with all external customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction.Job Description :These Principal Accountabilities, Requirements and Qualifications are not exhaustive, but are merely the most descriptive of the current job.
