Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Process Improvement: Observe existing processes within our transportation and logistics operations, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Modeling: Develop and utilize models to simulate various transportation scenarios and assess their potential impact on costs, optimization, and overall performance.Data Analysis/Reporting: Analyze transportation data to identify patterns and trends, understand current operations, and pinpoint transportation-related issues such as delays, inefficiencies, and disruptions.Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, assist in negotiations with carriers, and identify opportunities for customer optimization based on cost reduction and route efficiency.KPI Management: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and efficiency across transportation/logistics functions and teams.Gamification Initiative: Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.
