- Troubleshooting technical problems and resolving issues for customers end users
- Experience with support tickets from a ticketing system
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years relevant experience in a technical support
- Hands on experience with some of current technology stack: Windows 7-10, OSX, Office, O 365, IOS, Android, Command Line, Active Directory, SQL, Citrix, REST API, SAML Authentication, Fiddler, Wireshark, Splunk
