- This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the management agency of the department.
- They will perform system analyst assignments including but not limited to: gathering requirements, planning and analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications.
- This employee may also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools: MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, Web Services, MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Remedy, MS SharePoint, MS Visio and other technical software as required.
- This position will be maintaining customer COTS/SAAS applications and should have extensive experience with networks, firewalls, network architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities and basic application Support. Knowledge of NIST security controls and various computer languages a plus. Prior experience with advanced Technical Customer Service, the ability and drive to research and learn continuously with exceptional problem-solving skills is a MUST.
