University of California, Irvine Research: Health Questionnaire Study

The entire study is a one-time phone call.

Study Goal:

- To test the effectiveness of mental health questionnaires.

Study Procedures:

- Complete a one-time phone call - about 20-30 minutes - that's it!

Participant Compensation:

- Participants can earn $10 in Amazon gift codes

Eligibility Criteria:

- Are 18+

- Live in the US

- Have anxiety or depression
