Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the labor and equipment of the assigned warehouse department, ensuring timely completion and quality of orders. Your work will align with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and distribution of items from suppliers or production shops. You will manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. The supervisor will train and supervise associates on assigned shifts.YOUR TASKSOversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware (e.g., servers, switches, cables, racks)Technical VAS and Returns services as requiredEnsure timely and accurate order delivery to meet data center deployment schedulesImplement and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilizationMaintain Yard Management System and MetricsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment including humidity and temperature monitoringMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), including product serializationConduct regular cycle counts and full inventory auditsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory in a timely mannerSupervise and train warehouse staff, including warehouse associates and forklift operatorsSchedule shifts and manage labor resources to meet operational demands, including peaksEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse and Data Center operationsLead and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs
