Second shift - 3:00 PM start time.Position Purpose:The training associates primary duties will be welcoming new associates to the warehouse and continually developing their skills while simultaneously monitoring metrics to verify they are obtaining predetermined goals. The training associate will have coaching conversations for metrics not at goal and need to be capable of accomplishing weekly and daily deliverables. The training associate will identify, develop, implement, and monitor training needs in the organization and partner with the management team to plan, design, and implement training programs/procedures to educate associates.Primary Responsibilities:

Tracks and maintains trainee KPIs.

Assists in developing an associate’s understanding of the KPIs and why they are important/what their work impacts.

Trains new associates on how to perform their daily required duties.

Trains new associates on double fork pallet jacks.

Creates an amicable environment through a friendly demeanor.

Responsible for releasing all associates to direct supervisor only after training complete and base requirements met.

Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.

Monitors new/current associates - selecting, not maintaining required production pace, service level, quality.

Conducts audits on associate’s work and coaches them through any errors discovered.

Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions (classroom/training room).

Reviews existing training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of associate, the organization, or the industry. In collaboration with the training supervisor.

Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.

Build content and facilitators guides with the management team that will outline programs, expectations, areas of concentration so that the overall training programs can be conducted with a high degree of consistency and effectiveness.

Conduct on-site and virtual training with the same degree of effectiveness regardless of platform.

Ability to engage involvement, participation, comprehension, and work with team member(s) as needed in a positive but effective manner.

Provide constructive feedback to all applicable leaders as well as front-line teams.

Oversees the daily activities of training associates and consultants.

Thorough understanding of training processes.

Ability to moderate large groups.

Extremely organized and detail oriented.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Other assignments as needed.
