Web Press Operator - 2nd ShiftMonday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pmHourly Pay Rate: $20.00+ Plus $1.25 Shift DifferentialJOB SUMMARYResponsible for the daily operation of web presses as directed by the press operatorMaintain cleanliness and operation of pressCoordinate with internal agencies for required materials: I.E. ink plate paper tape, etcEnsure accuracy of printed material coming from the pressKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPress Start-up Procedures: Daily/Weekly Maintenance and Safety checks. 5%Machine operation to include: print unit setup, numbering unit setup, process unit setup, delivery unit setup and other operations necessary to complete print operator duties. 75%Quality inspections: before print, while printing and after. 10%Clean up and shut down procedures/End of shift activities. 5%Communication. 5%Lifting requirements: 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. on occasionHigh Mechanical Reasoning Expectations
