Breakfast & Housekeeping Assistant – Small Inn,Wilmington, VT ($20/hr)

Join our small, fun team at The Nutmeg, a boutique inn in Wilmington, Vermont.

This is a part-time, year-round position averaging 20 hours/week, with more hours during peak seasons. If you’re friendly and reliable we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule:

- 7:30 AM–1:00 PM, 5 days/week

- Weekend availability essential - we try to schedule one weekend day off when possible - flexibility needed during busy periods

- Consistent weekly schedule available if preferred.

- Afternoons free to enjoy the lake!

Duties:

- Assist with breakfast prep, service and cleanup (guest-facing)

- Clean guest rooms and common areas — attention to detail matters

- Help maintain a welcoming, spotless environment

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, customer service-minded attitude

- Someone conscientious, responsible, and okay working solo at times

- A team player who values a no-drama, positive work environment

- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (stairs, standing, lifting)

- No experience needed — training provided

- Willingness to obtain an alcohol server’s license a plus (we’ll cover the cost)
