Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Agents will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. They will conduct market research, prospecting, and networking to generate leads and build a client base. Agents will also facilitate property showings and negotiations, prepare and present offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.

Leasing will be a major responsibility of this role. Applicants should understand that Landlord and Tenant representation is equally as important to representing Buyers and Sellers. The commercial market in Vermont is ever changing and very fast paced. Applicants without prior commercial experience will be considered for the role. Mentorship is a major part of our office structure, and new Agents will be offered ample opportunities to partner with other Agents in the office to learn and grow their portfolio.

Qualifications

Real Estate License (or in process of obtaining a Real Estate License).

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Proficiency and/or willingness to learn real estate software and technology including, but not limited to, Costar/LoopNet, Crexi, WordPress, Constant Contact, MLS, and others.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated and goal oriented.

Minor travel to commercial real estate conferences throughout the year.
