We are looking for

• We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where Candidates take ownership of Candidates work while collaborating closely with internal customers.
• This role is intended to be a hybrid role between demo coordinator (coordinating requests via the computer with external partner with logistics and other technical experts) and material handler.
• In this job Candidates will work to support customers based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe.
• This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organization skills.
• Candidates primary responsibility will be managing demonstration inventory, but Candidates will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle of these inventories.
• A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for Candidates to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.
• This role will also work closely with our service depot partners to move equipment from the receiving area to service, kitting the units for service, and moving them back down to the shipping area.
• Must be comfortable moving equipment up to 40lbs, boxing, etc. such as:
• Receiving, unpacking, storing, and distributing parts or instruments while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to all financial compliance requirements.
• Assembling and staging accessory part kits to be made available for demonstration.
• Coordinating and ordering replenishment quantities of parts to facilitate the demonstration.
• Perform inventory counts.
• May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
