Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry for a Customer Service Representative, based in So. Burlington, Vermont. In this role, you will be focusing on post-sales activities that involve technical aspects and parts of our products. Your strong customer service skills will be utilized in handling inquiries, parts lookup, and basic troubleshooting for customers. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries regarding parts and technical matters Utilize strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct basic troubleshooting for customers on 3 to 4 products after initial training Use SAP software and other technology tools to look up orders and address technical issues Assist in ordering parts for customers as needed Provide remote support and technical support to customers Participate in post-sales support to assist customers Be savvy with computer and/or software technology for efficient job performanceRequirements Proficiency in customer service, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Experience in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound sales calls. Ability to provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely. Experience in post-sales customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction after the purchase. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as necessary. Proficient in using computer software and technology for customer service purposes. Possess problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues and concerns.
