Location:Skagit County, WAWhat you get to do:

Hands-on analysis of production, engineering, equipment, and maintenance issues

Project Management with a focus on evaluation, process improvements, providing solutions, and executing

Plan support with troubleshooting equipment, installs, automation, and modifications

Training, leading as well as coaching employees

Leading and developing operating procedures and production lines.

Skills and Experience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while excelling at being organized

Analytical and problem-solving skills and experience

Experience using logical and methodical skills in the workplace

Ability to communicate with excellence in both written and oral communication

Project Management and technical workplace experience

Familiarity with design standards in the US and a solid understanding of safety systems design

Experience working with and troubleshooting robotics and control systems, programable logic controllers for large-scale manufacturing

Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives and HMIs.

Able to effectively work with external machine builders and system integrators for detailed design, build, and integration stages of machine system implementation.
